CANCELLATION POLICY

For stand alone orders paid for by card through the website-

If you cancel your booking in advance (before the day of your booking) an 80% refund will be issued back to the card you paid on. If you cancel your order on the day than a 40% refund will be issued back to the card you paid on. 

For orders made using a class pass

If you wish to cancel, at least 4 hours notice is required before the start of your booked session. If you give 4 or more hours notice then the session will be credited back to your plan.

We collect and store information and personally identifiable information through our website and soft play forms. Information that is collected may include but is not exhaustive to; email addresses, names, phone numbers, IP addresses and billing details. Collected information may be voluntarily provided or collected automatically through monitory tools.

When collect information through our website or completing a soft play form. We collect personal information such as but not exhaustive to; names, addresses, email addresses and contact numbers. Your information will be used for specific reasons stated below.

  • To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support

  • To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalised service related information and promotional messages

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors’ personal information?

Our website is hosted through Wix.com who provide us with a platform to sell our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general applications. Wix.com store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Information will only be shared with third-parties for legal reasons and according to regulations. Personal information collected on our accident forms are stored securely in a locked cupboard and only kept for the legally required time after which they are destroyed.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you regarding your booking or to troubleshoot problems, collect fees owed or send updates and information about our services. Sometimes we may need to contact you at short notice regarding a booking and having more of your contact information helps us to do that. We will mainly use email or phone communication which you can opt out of. Customers can unsubscribe from the email list using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. If customers do not wish to have their phone number stored on the database, they can request this to be removed via email to safarisoftplay@hotmail.com

How can our site visitors withdraw their consent?
By registering a booking online or by completing a Safari Soft Play online or paper-based form you are giving your consent for your personal data, that has been entered, to be stored as described above. You can withdraw your consent for your personal data to be stored via the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of our emails or via email notification to safarisoftplay@hotmail.com in regards to any other forms of personal data.
